This is the form you will fill out when you create your character.

house: if you don't know these... get outta here. :D we love you.
gender: girl? guy? trans? lobster?
sexuality: it's not that hard. :]
wand: seventh sanctum has a good wand generator, if you need help.
pets: not hard, right? right.
play-by: who is your character modeled off of?

height: how tall is your character?
weight: how much does your character weigh?
body style: thin, fat, inchworm...
tattoos and piercings: does your character have any?
distinguishing features: what sticks out about your characters appearance? you need at least two of these.
overall appearance: since we require you to have a model, we only need you to do at least a paragraph here. what does your character wear on days off? how does he or she do her hair? I think you get it.

patronus: ...that is, if your character can actually make one.
boggart: ...what would a boggart turn into for your character?
animagus: keep in mind that most characters will not have these. please please ask an admin for the go-ahead before you do this.
likes: at least 3 of these. more is appreciated.
dislikes: same as above.
strengths: what is your character good at? charms? making fudge? listening? etc? at least 3 here.
weaknesses: this can be things that your character is bad at, or things that are hard for them to resist. For example, chocolate, or, again, listening. At least 3 of these.
fears: at least two of these~ doesn't have to be their greatest fears. :]
secrets: at least two~
overall personality: AT LEAST three good paragraphs here.
